Notify Us Immediately
  • Inform the organizing team after completing your registration with payment details.
Email Proof of Payment
  • Send the scanned copy of the payment receipt via email.
No Paper Modifications
  • No changes will be accepted after the final submission deadline.
One Author per Registration
  • Each registration allows only one author or co-author.
Late Registration
  • Contact the coordinator immediately if registering after the deadline.

Journal submission: Additional charges applicable for Scopus publication (T&C apply)

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Due to advance commitments for venue, printing, shipping, and accommodation, the following refund policy applies:

  • 60% Refund – Cancellation made 60+ days before the conference.
  • 40% Refund – Cancellation made 30–60 days before the conference.
  • No Refund – Cancellation within one month of the conference.

Transfer Policy

  • Registration may be transferred to a colleague or friend.
  • Certificate will be issued in your name to the attending participant.
  • Registration may be transferred to another IFERP event.
  • Note: Refund processing takes 2–4 weeks after the conference (transaction charges excluded).
Visa Information

Visa Support: IFERP Academy will not contact embassies or consulates.

Visa Type: Delegates must apply for a Business Visa only.

Visa Denial Policy: Cancellation policy applies; no refunds will be issued.
