  • Completed your registration? Excellent! Now, finalize your participation by sending payment details promptly
  • Don't forget to email a scanned copy of your payment receipt for verification.
  • Remember, no changes to your paper will be accepted after the deadline.
  • Each registration covers one author or co-author attendance.
  • If you're behind schedule, reach out to the coordinator immediately via email or phone. We're here to help!
  • Once you've paid, download and complete the Registration Form. Submit it here
  • Double-check your payment information for accuracy.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We recognize unexpected circumstances may arise, so please review our policy carefully. The cancellation policy takes into account costs associated with venue booking, printing, and initial planning.

    Cancellations 60+ Days Prior

  • 60% Refund offered: Receive a significant portion of your registration fee to cover upfront costs.

    • Cancellations 30-60 Days Prior

  • 40% refundable

    • Cancellations Within 30 Days

  • No Refund: Due to commitments made with partners and providers, refunds are not possible within this timeframe.
Transfer Policy
  • You can transfer your registration to a friend or colleague who can represent you and receive your certificate.
  • The person who goes to the conference using your name will get the certificate.
  • You can switch your registration to another exciting event hosted by our organization that better suits your schedule.
Visa Information
  • IFERP cannot directly assist with individual visa applications. Please contact the relevant embassy or consulate to inquire about business visa requirements
  • Business visas are mandatory for all delegates and invitees. Ensure you apply well in advance, considering processing times and potential delays.
  • Visa application and potential rejection are not covered under IFERP's cancellation policy.
