Dr. Jiashen Teh is an Associate Professor in Electrical Power Systems at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Technical Director at UPE-Power Technology Co., Ltd., Taiwan. He earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2016, supported by a full MOHE scholarship. Dr. Teh is internationally recognized for his pioneering work on dynamic line rating and renewable energy integration, having authored over 80 SCIE-indexed journal articles, 3 book chapters, and secured 3 intellectual properties. His work has garnered more than 5,000 citations with an h-index of 43, placing him in Stanford University’s Top 2% of the world’s most-cited researchers for five consecutive years (2020–2025). He has secured over RM4.5 million in competitive grants and consultancy projects, with industry collaborations spanning Malaysia, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia. A Senior Member of IEEE and Member of IET, Dr. Teh has served as keynote speaker at more than 20 international conferences and has successfully supervised multiple PhD and MSc graduates, including postdoctoral fellows, advancing the next generation of power system researchers. His awards include the IEEE PES Outstanding Engineer Award (2021) and the IET Malaysia Outstanding Young Professional Award (2022). Through his industry-focused training programs, Dr. Teh has impacted over 50 companies—including Intel, PETRONAS, and B. Braun—helping them achieve measurable energy efficiency and ESG outcomes.

Dr. Ada Liz Arancibia Samaniego is a Civil Engineer from the National University of Engineering in Lima, Peru. She has over 25 years of professional experience. She holds a Master of Science degree in Water Resources and Environmental Management from UNESCO-IHE Delft, Netherlands, and a PhD in Water Resources Management and Environmental Sanitation from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She has worked as a Hydraulic Project Manager for private consulting firms, specializing in hydroelectric projects and the development of hydrology and drainage studies working as a Project Manager at the consulting firm CESEL Ingenieros. She was the Head of the General Direction of Agricultural Infrastructure and Irrigation of the Ministry of Agriculture during 2019. Acting as Director of the Research Institute of the Faculty of Civil Engineering during 2020, and Director of the Graduate School of the Faculty of Civil Engineering during 2021. She is a Professor at the National University of Engineering – Faculty of Civil Engineering, in the Department of Hydraulics and Hydrology, where she has worked since 2000. She teaches courses in Fluid Mechanics, Hydrology, Water Resources, and Hydroelectric Power Generation. She has been a CONCYTEC Researcher since June 2022. She is currently developing research projects related to water resource management and climate change, specifically in climate change adaptation measures.

With over 34 years of experience, Prof. Dr. R R Krishnamurthy has specialized in Satellite Remote Sensing Applications for Coastal and Disaster Management. His educational journey includes a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from Presidency College, where he earned University Ranks, followed by an M.Phil. from the University of Madras, and M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from Anna University. His 1996 Ph.D. thesis was the first on Satellite Remote Sensing at Anna University's College of Engineering Guindy. His career spans over 18 years in administration, with roles at Anna University, the M. S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, and the University of Madras. Notable positions include Visiting Scientist at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in Vienna and Visiting Professor at Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies. Honored with the Environmental Award from the Government of Tamil Nadu, my research contributions include the Climate Action Plan (CAP), Climate Disaster Resilience Index (CDRI), and Tsunami Vulnerability Atlas for Chennai. My work on India’s National Programme on Marine Satellite Remote Sensing Information Service (MARSIS) and establishing India’s Tsunami Early Warning System reflects my commitment to advancing disaster management. He has collaborated with the Ministry of Environment and Forests, National Disaster Management Authority, and other key institutions. He has supervised 20 Indian and 2 Japanese Ph.D. scholars across diverse disciplines related to Disaster Management. His academic output includes five edited books, over 25 peer- reviewed papers, and presentations at 40 international conferences. I have established research collaborations with Kyoto University, Middle East Technical University, and the University of Melbourne. His outreach includes training key decision-makers through the UK-DFID programme and the United Nations – ISDR on disaster resilience, including post-2004 Tsunami training more than 1,000 school teachers and numerous practitioners. In administrative roles, he served as Scientific Officer to the Vice-Chancellor, Founding Principal of a University of Madras Constituent College, and held positions such as Dean of Students’ Affairs, Dean of Academic Affairs, and Director i/c for the UGC – HRDC, Campus Director, etc. Currently, he work as the Director, Centre for Research, Paavai Educational Institutions, Tamil Nadu, India. I am a member of the International Advisory Board at The School of Geosciences, University of Aberdeen, and various academic and advisory committees.

Dr. Chalee Vorakulpipat is currently the Director of the Communication and Network Research Group at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand. He is the founding head of the Cybersecurity Laboratory at NECTEC and previously served as the Director of the Center for Research and Development at the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Prior to leading the Research Group, he worked as Head of ThaiCERT, System Analyst and System Developer. His research interests include Information Security, Data Protection, Digital Transformation, Health IT and Knowledge Management. He co-authored two books on Digital Watermarking (English) and Unified Modeling Language, and one book chapter on Smart Cities. He is a recipient of the 2019 ISC2 Information Security Leadership Award and a number of ICT awards at the national level, including the National Research Council’s Best PhD Thesis Award and the Mobile e-Government Award. He received B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, M.S. in Information Technology from Kasetsart University, and Ph.D. in Information Systems from University of Salford. He holds professional certificates including CISSP, CISA, PMP, and IRCA (ISMS Lead Auditor).

Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Naim Ahmad Yahaya is a distinguished Professor of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Chemical and Bioengineering Technology with over 22 years of academic and research experience. He previously served as Dean of the Institute of Postgraduate Studies at UniKL and has secured more than RM 1.2 million in research funding. His research interests include biomass utilisation, wastewater treatment, membrane technology, biofuel production, and sustainable energy solutions. A Chartered Professional Engineer and an active member of several international professional bodies, he has published over 50 Scopus/ISI-indexed papers and supervised numerous postgraduate researchers. Prof. Ahmad Naim is widely recognised for his contributions to environmental engineering, research leadership, and international academic collaborations.

Dr. Venoth Rex has a Master in Business Administration from Open University Malaysia, as well as a PhD in Social Science from Universiti Malaya. Before entering academia, he has gained rich industry experience from his career adventures in various fields, including customer service, quality management, communication, education, as well as training and development. Upon completing his PhD, Dr. Venoth started his academic career as a Senior Lecturer in INTI International University, during which he has taught subjects such as Design Thinking, Strategic Management, Media Literacy, Community Service etc. Upon a recent promotion as a QS Deputy Director, Dr. Venoth has been actively engaging in institutional advancement and external collaborations with various international institutions.

Dr. L. Arun Raj is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology. He earned his B.E. and M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, followed by a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University. With over 12 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he has made significant contributions to computer science education and research. Dr. Arun Raj has authored more than 50 research publications and several book chapters. His research interests include Machine Learning, Healthcare Informatics, Multimedia Applications, Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented and Virtual Reality, Predictive Analytics, and Next- Generation Wireless Networks. He is also a Senior Member of IEEE and actively contributes to academic and professional communities through research, mentoring, and knowledge dissemination. His expertise in emerging technologies and multidisciplinary research has earned him recognition as a speaker and contributor to international conferences, where he shares insights on innovative technological solutions and their impact on society

Dr. Syakir is an Associate Professor at School of Industrial Technology, specializes in carbon management, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and carbon footprint analysis across industrial, agricultural, and community systems. As Director of the USM Community Network, Committee Member of the USM Carbon Emission Policy, and Lead for USM-UN SDG 16, he advances data-driven strategies for low-carbon development and climate resilience. Through his leadership of the Community Program for Sustainable Impact Mission (COMPASSION@USM), he integrates ESG principles and community empowerment to translate science into impact. His research and training focus on carbon footprint impact using LCA-based decision-making model, and regenerative sustainability for a resilient, low-carbon future.

Abdul Rauf Ridzuan is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Melaka, where he has been since 2006. He is a pioneering lecturer and alumnus with a major in public relations. At present, he is the Head of Studies Centre at the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, UiTM Melaka. He received a B.S (Hons) from UiTM Shah Alam in 2003 and an M.S from the same university in 2005. He received his PhD in Social Media from the University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2016. His philosophy is to be a good teacher with the motto, “Good teachers are the reason why ordinary students dream of doing extraordinary things.” His research interests include sociology, social media, education, and public relations. Much of his work has been published in various indexed journals and conference proceedings. He was active in participating in numerous international innovation competitions, and he won several medals. His interest in journal writing led him to set up the e Journal of Media and Society, also known as eJOMS, to encourage more academicians to publish their articles. As a founder of eJOMS, he serves as a chief editor. Abdul Rauf Ridzuan's body of work positions social media as a significant driver of behavioural outcomes in contemporary society. His studies demonstrate that social media platforms influence health behaviours, information sharing, educational engagement, social cohesion, and cultural attitudes. Using frameworks such as Social Capital Theory and Uses and Gratifications Theory, his research highlights how user motivations, social interactions, and perceived credibility shape online behaviour and behavioural change.

Dr. Rania Mohy ElDin Nafea is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at Al Yamamah University, Saudi Arabia. She holds a DBA from Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands, specializing in knowledge management, innovation, leadership, and organizational culture, and earned her BBA and MBA from the American University in Cairo. With over 25 years of professional experience, she has worked with organizations including HSBC, British American Tobacco, and Logic Consulting. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems, organizational culture, leadership, digital transformation in education, and company performance. She has published more than 20 journal articles and five book chapters and has supervised over 50 Master's theses. Dr. Nafea is actively involved in international entrepreneurship initiatives and higher education leadership and holds the Chartered Manager (CMgr) designation.

Dr. Andi Asrifan is a lecturer and researcher in Applied Linguistics and English Language Education at Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia. His academic expertise lies in academic writing, English for Specific Purposes (ESP), and the integration of artificial intelligence in language learning and scholarly communication. He has extensive experience teaching courses such as Academic Writing, Research Skills for Thesis Study, and Pedagogy of Speaking at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Andi Asrifan has an active publication record in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and Sinta, with research focusing on bilingual education, AI-assisted writing, digital literacy, and academic publishing practices. He is also involved in research projects and grant proposals related to AI-integrated pedagogy and ESP curriculum development. In addition to his research, he frequently serves as a reviewer and editor for international journals and has been invited to deliver keynote addresses at global academic conferences. He actively promotes his academic work through platforms such as Google Scholar, ORCID, and Scopus Author ID, and engages with broader academic communities through conference networks and digital dissemination channels.
