Ts. Dr Mathivannan Jaganathan is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia (Accredited by AACSB). He also served as a Director of Career Development Centre, Student Affairs Department, Universiti Utara Malaysia from 15 January 2021- 31st January 2022. In addition, he is also an active Professional Technologist approved by the Malaysian Board of Technologists. In addition, he also serves as President of the Internet Society- Malaysian Chapter. Before his current appointment, he worked at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman as a lecturer of entrepreneurship for almost two years. He taught several entrepreneurship courses at various levels, such as Electronic Commerce, Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Franchise Business Management, Business Growth Management, Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Skills and Entrepreneurship at the undergraduate level. Apart from teaching, he is actively involved in research covering the areas of Entrepreneurship and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) adoption. He is also an active member of several international associations and a reviewer for academic journals and international conferences. He also served as a vice secretary of Internet Society (Chapter Malaysia). He is also certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) by the International Register of Certificated Auditors IRCA, UK. In addition, he is also a Certified Advisor and Trainer of Mendeley Reference Manager. Furthermore, he is also an Assessment Panel Technology and Technical Accreditation Secretariat (TTAS), Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). Mathivannan Jaganathan was also an award recipient of Successful People In Malaysia by Britishpedia’s Successful People In Malaysia biographical encyclopedia, highlighting Malaysians who have contributed to nation-building and society in general. He was also recognised and awarded the Excellent Service Award 2011, Excellent Service Award 2015 and Excellent Service Award 2019 of Universiti Utara Malaysia. In addition, he is also a Favourite Website Award Winner (Personal Website Category), Malaysia Website Award 2018, 2020 and 2021 by Exabytes Group. In line with the academic setting, he has personally conducted face-to-face classroom training and consultation on LimeSurvey (online survey builder), Mendeley (Reference Management), Endnote (Reference Management), Weebly, WordPress (Web Design), Blogger, Digital Marketing Online Tools and some relevant academic and non-academic related software system to his faculty members, entrepreneur and students.
Ir. Dr. Jegalakshimi Jewaratnam is a senior lecturer in Chemical Engineering Department , University Malaya. At present, she is also the coordinator for Masters of Safety, Health and Environment Engineering. She received her BEng (Chemical) and MEngSc (Chemical) from University Malaya in year 2003 and 2007 respectively. She completed her PhD (Chemical Engineering) in Newcastle University, United Kingdom in year 2013. She is a Professional Engineer registered in Board of Engineers Malaysia (2019) and a Chartered Engineer registered in Engineering Council, UK (2018). She is a Member of Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM) (2019) and Institute of Chemical Engineering Malaysia (MIChemE)(2018). Prior to academic position, she has worked in the water industry as a technical and project engineer. In her academic career span, she has published academic journals and conference papers, engaged in industrial consultations and presented invited talks. Her research interests are advanced process control and optimization in bioprocesses, waste recovery and management; environment health and quantitative risk assessment.
Dr. Michael Opoku Agyeman is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) of the IET, a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (UK) and, a Senior Member of the IEEE who is a Senior Lecturer and the Programme Leader of BEng, HND, MEng Computer Systems Engineering at the Department of Computing at the University of Northampton, UK. Michael is the 2018/19 Elected Senate representative for academic staff from the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology (FAST) at the University of Northampton. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Management Institute (ACMI). Previously, he was with Intel Embedded System Research group of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) as a Research Fellow, where he worked on reliable wireless Network-on-Chip solutions. He received the PhD in Embedded and Distributed Systems from Glasgow Caledonian University, UK, in and the MSc. degree in Embedded and Distributed Systems from London South Bank University, UK. Michael received the BSc. (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. Michael holds two teaching qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) and Postgraduate Certificate in Research Degree Supervision (PGCert) from the University of Northampton. He is the author of 4 books, 2 book chapters and over 70 publications in major journals and conference proceedings. Michael’s research interest spans across 3 main strands and disciplines: 1. High Performance Computing and Embedded Systems (VLSI SoC design, computer architecture, reconfigurable computing, wired and wireless NoCs, smart rehabilitation solutions, embedded systems and Internet-of-Things (IoT)); 2. Business Administration (Neuromarketing, advertising and marketing research) and; 3. Pedagogy (student engagement in HE, problem-based learning and team-based learning ), all linked by his passion for emerging technologies and teaching. He has been a Guest Editor of the EAI Endorsed Transactions on Industrial Networks and Intelligent Systems. He is a technical committee member of over 10 conferences such as IEEE ICCSN, IEEE ICBDA and IEEE ICCT. He is also a reviewer of several conferences and journals including IEEE TVLSI and TCAD. His work on wireless NoC has attracted 2 best paper awards in IEEE/IFIP 14th International Conference on Embedded and Ubiquitous Computing in 2016 (EUC) and Euromicro Conference on Digital System Design (DSD) 2016, respectively. His research contribution on smart rehabilitation systems for stroke patients won the best paper in the poster session award at the International Symposium on Computer Science and Intelligent Control (ISCSIC) in 2019. He is the first winner of the Diamond Early Career Research Award at the University of Northampton in 2019. He is also the winner of the University of Northampton’s 2018 International Changemaker of the year award.

I am Dr. D. Rajaraman. I completed my MSc and PhD at Annamalai University in 2012 and 2017, respectively. My PhD focused on organic synthesis, funded by a UGC Major Research Project. I have one year of industrial experience as a quality controller and eight years of teaching experience. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at St. Peters Engineering College. I have published 32 research articles and hold three patents. Additionally, I have attended various FDPs and refresher courses. I have organized five national webinars and online chemistry lectures. Under my guidance, one of my students completed their PhD in 2023, and I have mentored over 40 UG and PG students in their mini and major projects.
Professor Dr. Mardeni Roslee is the Chairman of the Centre of Wireless Technology and Deputy Director of the Research Management Centre at Multimedia University (MMU). He has served as President of MMU Mesra and was the Chairman of IEEE Malaysia Comsoc/VTS (2019-2020). Currently, he is the Vice-Chair of MyRaN ig, MY SET, and founder of Armada Smart Tech MR Sdn Bhd. A Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council, he has published 154 papers with an h-index of 13. His research focuses on 5G/6G telecommunications, IoT, and radar communication. He has received 64 awards, including the Top Research Scientist in Malaysia 2020 and the 2022 IEEE Malaysia Outstanding Volunteer Award.
Dr Sufian Mousa Ibrahim Mitani is an experience industry researcher at Telekom Research & Development, Malaysia. His experience more to Telecommunication industry in the fields of Fixed Communication (Fiber & Copper), Mobile Communications, 5G, LTE, Radio Over Fiber, Software Defined Network/ Network Virtualization Function, Photonics, Optoelectronics, Semiconductor lasers, in order to promote the cutting edge technologies and contribute to the advancement of the nation’s economy as well, where his skills, experience, industrial and academic background will greatly enhance the nation’s success and his own personal career. Several years of experience combined between industrial applications, teaching, academic and industrial research in the field of Mobile Communications, Passive Optical Networks & Optoelectronics, 5G, SDN/NFV Network; specializing mainly in the area of Wired & Wireless Connectivity Technology. He has been leading a very well established and qualified teams at various fields of connectivity technology where many of his projects have been adopted and employed at Telekom Malaysia as a service provider. In this proposal, his roles more to general idea, general concept, monitoring and management the project in overall.
Dr. Mahesh Bundele has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Power in 1986 from Nagpur University and immediately joined as Lecturer in Electronics at Babasaheb Naik College of Engineering Pusad, Yavatmal District. He did his Master’s in Electrical Power System from Amravati University in 1990 and was appointed at the post of Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering in the same Institute in the year 1993. He was promoted to the post of Professor and Head of Computer Science Engineering & Information Technology in August 2006. He did his doctoral degree from Amaravati University in Computer Science & Engineering with a topic “Design and Implementation of Wearable Computing System for the Prevention of Road Accidents”. While working he has handled various portfolios related to design and development of curriculum, Design and execution of laboratories, electrical installations including substation design & erection, street lights etc. He has worked on various Wi-Fi/ Wi-Max based system designs and implementations for college and Pusad city villages. He has guided many research projects at UG and PG level on various applications in Electrical, Electronics & Computer Sciences. He has designed and executed various LT & HT electrical installations. He was also appointed as Principal of Babsaheb Naik College of Engineering, Pusad from March 2011. He has worked in various capacities such as, member Board of Studies, Chief-Valuation officer etc at University level. He has also worked for getting ISI to Krishak Motor pumps at Amravati. He has visited US, UK, China and Malaysia for research presentations. He has worked as Dean R&D at Poornima University, Jaipur during 2011- 2018. From 1st September 2018, he is working as Principal and Director of Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur. While working at Poornima University, he has established unique R&D processes for Masters and Doctoral programmes. He also established and executed rules, policies and regulations in this regard. At Poornima College of Engineering he has established unique teaching-learning processes and implemented Outcome Based Education system in the Institute. Currently he is Chair in Jaipur ACM Professional Chapter and playing active role in ACM activities. He is having total 38 years of teaching including 7 years of research. While working at Poornima since 2011, he has developed unique R&D processes and curriculum and executed at Master and Doctoral level. He has worked majorly on human health issues. He is working research projects on Indian Rail Crack Detection and Monitoring and Micro-grid design and implementation in un-electrified villages of Rajasthan. His areas of research interest are Wearable & Pervasive Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Software Defined Networking, Wireless Sensor Networks, Smart Grids, Micro Grids etc. He has organized and chaired many IEEE, ACM, Elsevier and Springer international conferences and workshops and delivered keynote addresses. He is member of SAE Northern Section and has initiated SAE club in Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur and motivated students and faculty members to organize numerous activities under the club. He has motivated students of PCE to participate in various competitions of SAE. Students have also won the prizes. He took significant efforts to form SAE Jaipur division and organized meeting of officials at Jaipur in this regard.
Suhizaz Sudin is a senior lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) with over 20 years of experience in computing, networking, and system development. He specializes in cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data applications. He has been involved in academic and industry roles, contributing to various technological innovations. In 2016, he was appointed to the National Cybersecurity Task Force by the Malaysia Science Academy. His research interests span from encryption algorithms to system optimization, often focusing on mobile network security and sports technology. His research primarily revolves around several key areas in computing, focusing on system development, cybersecurity, and the application of technology in various fields, including sports engineering. His work frequently involves encryption algorithms, network security, and the development of secure systems for both web and mobile platforms. One of his notable early studies includes an analysis of encryption algorithms for text length size on web browsers, addressing the performance and security trade-offs in different algorithmic approaches. His work also extends into strategic information system planning, comparing practices between countries like Malaysia and New Zealand. This cross-cultural analysis explored how businesses in both countries approach information system implementation, reflecting his broader interest in how technological practices differ globally. Suhizaz has made significant contributions to the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data, particularly in their application to sports and agriculture. For example, he worked on developing chatbots for dynamic web-based knowledge management systems in small-scale agriculture, showcasing his versatility in applying technology to diverse sectors. His role as the Head of the Computing Group within the Sports Engineering Research Centre at UniMAP has allowed him to lead projects that merge his expertise in computing with the evolving field of sports engineering. Dr. Jameel Qurashi pursued his Bachelors in Computer Applications from University of Kashmir in 2011 and Master in Computer Applications from University of Kashmir in year 2014. He was awarded with Ph.D. Degree in 2020 from Department of Computer and System Sciences, Jaipur National University, Jaipur. He is currently working as Associate Professor in Poornima University. The Previous work organizations include Chandigarh University, JNU Jaipur, Kashmir University, RBL Bank and Dynacode. He was granted Quarterly Franklin Membership from London Journals United kingdoms in 2019 and awarded with Young Researcher award 2020 by INSC Bangalore. His Publications include various research papers in reputed international, national journals and conferences including IEEE. He has also contributed in writing book chapters published by CRC Press IN TAYLOR & FRANCIS, Rout and ledge and published 4 patents in IPR. "Dr. Asmarani Ahmad Puzi is an Assistant Professor at the Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She holds a PhD and BSc in Mechatronics Engineering from IIUM, where her research focused on developing robotic systems for medical rehabilitation, particularly for patients with upper limb spasticity. With over a decade of research experience, Dr. Asmarani has authored more than 20 publications in high-impact journals, covering topics like machine learning, IoT, signal analysis, and embedded system design. Her interdisciplinary work integrates engineering solutions with medical applications, contributing significantly to the field of rehabilitation technology. She has also collaborated with healthcare professionals to develop spasticity models and adaptive control strategies for neurological disorder patients. Beyond academia, Dr. Asmarani brings industry experience from her time at Epson Precision Malaysia, where she worked as a software engineer. She excels in software design, machine development, and semiconductor technology. Her technical proficiency extends to a variety of programming languages and tools, including Python, MATLAB, Simulink, and LabVIEW. Dr. Asmarani is passionate about community engagement and social entrepreneurship, exemplified by her involvement in projects like Masyarakat Kitchen, which earned her the Takrim Award for Social Entrepreneurship in 2024.
